

Rules

Clock as many points as possible for your team by walking/running, cycling or swimming.. Skiing/snowboarding, match play and gym classes will also be counted this year!

Clock your kilometers using Strava fitness app. (If its not on strava, it didn't happen. Steps at work are not counted!! **

Each team member submits their individual weekly total through a link sent out each week (or access through links below)

Every kilometer earns points for the team

On foot = 1 point

Cycling (electric bikes not included)Skiing/Snowboarding = 0.33 points

Swimming = x 5 points

10 minutes of match play/crossfit/specific timed gym class = 1 point (Eg. 5 a-side soccer for 30 mins =3 points, spin class 45 mins 4.5 points) .

The Emergency Department with the most points at the end of February takes home the trophy
**All team members need to log activities on Strava and make their profiles public (for the month of competition)
